He has over ten years of experience in the humanitarian field and coordinating emergency and development responses in Syria and Turkey. He leads emergency response, food security, early recovery, and livelihoods programs, with a particular focus on governance and community resilience building. He represents IYD in international and local forums concerned with humanitarian affairs in the areas of emergency response, food security, livelihoods, and early recovery. He works closely with UN agencies and major international organizations to promote more comprehensive and equitable humanitarian responses, making him an effective bridge between local and international humanitarian actors. He has contributed to the development of national and regional policies through his membership in advisory working groups for the food security and early recovery sectors.
He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering.
