Since 2000, he has been working with international organizations as well as serving as an independent consultant with various entities. He has developed several training manuals in the field of disability, including the Manual on Employing Persons with Disabilities, which is published on the official website of the Jordanian Ministry of Labor.
He also worked as an expert with the Higher Council for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in Jordan to develop a training package on Future Living and Community-Based Rehabilitation (CBR). Currently, he serves as a technical expert for the development of a national strategy on inclusive community development in Jordan.
In addition, he has introduced several concepts to support disability-related issues in the training of refugees with disabilities and war-injured persons in Jordan. Among these are programs delivered through the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), including Peer Counseling and the Job Coach concept.
