Holder of a Master’s degree in Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School at Tufts University (USA). She is also a graduate in Conflict Resolution and Arbitration from the University of Toronto, and holds a degree in Economics from the University of Damascus. She was a visiting fellow at Harvard Law School’s Negotiation Program, and has served as a professor at George Mason University and as the Director of the Department of Peacebuilding and Interfaith Dialogue.
She has extensive professional experience in civil society organizations at the Syrian, Arab, and international levels.
Hind co-founded the organization Tastakil and was part of its leadership, through which thousands of female and male students have graduated across the entirety of Syria.
